Mission Statement
To provide a means for individuals and organized groups interested in the welfare and development of organized camping to unite and promote education through the sharing of mutual concerns, ideas, programs and facilities and to promote uniform standards of social welfare and safety with respect to organized camping recreation.
To promote and encourage research with respect to organized camping and recreation.
To provide a central clearing house for exchange of research and educational information among those with interests relevant to the foregoing purposes, and in that regard to provide for research and education meetings, workshops, and payment of expenses connected therewith.
